"​I managed to get this working but i had to delete my saved data to do it. When you are in the xbox 360 emulator on the xbox one you can hit the start and select button at the same time which opens the xbox 360 menu. Go down to manage storage and delete the cloud saved data for the game. Then exit the xbox menu and continue loading the game and create a new save on the cloud and it worked fine. I turned off the xbox one and started it again and the game found the cloud data fine without error messages. Also no issues with the online function of the game"
