Faker bol vyhlásený za najlepšieho hráča dekády.
Najprestížnejší večer v kalendári esportu sa niesol v špeciálnom duchu - Esports Awards tento rok usporiadali jedinečné Decade Awards, ktoré vzdali hold desiatim rokom formovania odvetvia a jeho najväčším osobnostiam. Galavečer moderovali Trevor "Quickshot" Henry, Jessica "JessGOAT" Bolden a Barney Banks.
Medzi najväčšími hviezdami večera nechýbal Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok, ktorý bol vyhlásený za Esports PC Player of the Decade. Jeho tím T1 získal ocenenie Esports Team of the Decade a tréner Kim "kkOma" Jeong-gyun sa stal Esports Coach of the Decade. V popredí bola aj spoločnosť Riot Games, ktorá si odniesla hneď viacero trofejí - Esports Publisher of the Decade, Esports Game of the Decade pre League of Legends a Esports Live Event of the Decade za legendárne Worlds 2017.
O slávnostnú atmosféru sa postarali aj známe osobnosti, medzi nimi legendárny skateboardista Tony Hawk, streamer Tyler1, tvorca obsahu a člen Sidemen Vikkstar či viacnásobný EVO šampión Justin Wong.
